The tournament has reiterated the Soccerplex's no pets policy in order to help ensure the health and hygiene of our children.  Owners will be asked to leave.

Bethlehem Soccer Club's 25th Annual Soccer Tournament Presented by


Tournament Support for the Banda Bola Sports Foundation

Each year the Tournament Committee solicits tournament attendees for a parking donation to a charitable cause. In the past, the club has held collections for local individuals suffering from life threatening diseases, the local food pantry as well as equipment donations.

This year, in recognition of the FIFA World Cup's hosting continent, the Tournament Committee has chosen to support the Capital District's own adopted son, Coach Banda and his foundation to support his hometown and nation in Africa. Please refer to the attached links for more information on Coach Banda's Foundation.

Over the years, Coach Banda has touched many of us in the soccer community and demonstrated his love for the beautiful game to our children. Today, Coach Banda is still active in coaching through the CDYSL's Olympic Development skills development and competition programs.

Cash donations will be collected in the Parking lots and submitted entirely to the Banda Bola Sports Foundation.

 

Coach Banda will also be on site hosting an equipment collection station.

Please take this opportunity to give back and show the coach and the world that the soccer community Greater Capital District of New York cares.

Please note that these donations are entirely voluntary.

Greetings Soccer Fans,

The Bethlehem Soccer Club invites you and your team to join us at our 25th Annual Bethlehem Soccer Tournament.  The Club and our Tournament Committee thanks you for your interest in our Tournament.

Tournament Dates: Friday May 14 – Sunday May 16, 2010

Divisions:  U8 – U19  Boys/girls  both A and B levels.

Team Fees:   U8-U12  $350/team,  U14-U19   $375/team

Early registration by 4/1/10 = $20 discount

Registration Deadline:  May 1, 2010

Roster sizes: 

  • U8-U10:  14 players,
  • U12:  16 players, 
  • U14-U19:  22 players 
  • Maximum of 3 guest players per team

Preliminary Play Dates and Game Formats:

  • U8 – Sun AM (4 game min)
    • Four - 25 minute games
  • U10 – Sun PM (4 game min)
    • Four - 25 minute games
  • U12 – Sun PM (4 game min)
    • Four - 25 minute games
  • U14 – Sun AM (3 game min)
    • Three - 40 minute games
  • U16-U19 B div – Sat ( 3 – 40 min games)
    • Three 40 minute games
  • U16-U19 A div – Fri – Sat (3 – 55 min games) 1 game Fri & 2 on Sat
    • Three 55 minute games

Awards:

  • Sportmanship - One team is chosen from each division and all the players on that team will receive a trophy.
  • Participation Trophies – U8&U10
  • First and second place trophies for each division, U12 through U19
