Goals:
Emphasize uniform technical/skills development at U-8, U-10, U-12 age groups through academy style training under the supervision of an assigned Technical Coach with assistance of parent coaches.
Train parent/coaches through their involvement in their particular age groups.
Emphasize training as opposed to game play at early ages because training will provide better opportunity for more skill development.
Encourage players to practice/play soccer as much as possible. The club strongly recommends players continue to play in the fall recreational program in addition to participating in Travel.
