The winter U-8 and U-10 soccer academy is coming.  Registration will open on November 9th via the club's registration system.

If your child(ren) enjoyed their recreation season and are wishing to continue playing and improving their skills the winter academy is just the thing to try as they train along side the club's U-8 and U-10 travel soccer teams.

The academy, run by the club's technical director and Union College head coach, Jeff Guinn and is assisted by coaches from the club's travel and premier programs.  The academy focuses on skills development in a fun environment games, drills and small-sided matches.

Due to the overwhelming success of the academy in recent years, we are forced to move it to a new location.  We will be at the Afrims in Latham ("The Dome"), which will provide the players with more space to play.  Afrims in Latham is located off of Rt. 7, just off of Exit 6 of the Northway.

The cost for the academy is $100.  The sessions will run on Friday nights beginning on December 4th and go until mid-March.  We will break for the extended school vacations.

The U-8's (born after July 31, 2001) will start at 6:30 PM.  The U-10's (born before August 1, 2001) will begin at 7:40 PM.

Players already registered for the travel program do not need to take any action, as they are already registered for the academy.  The fee for the academy was included in your travel registration.
